I think the series has a pretty solid story and is in a niche where Costner is at his best

I live in Darby, MT where most of this series is filmed – just yesterday it was filmed right in front of my house in a field with some horses and cattle.

I’ll admit it’s nice to watch them film while I’m here, the ranch is right around the corner and I walk past it almost every day to fish the Bitterroot River

One thing I noticed about the first season, being half Native American, is that it leaves you wondering who the good guys are and the bad guys, maybe both sides are good and bad.
